Awards (WAA) is an international film festival that focuses on
animation films. The festival main purpose is to support
filmmaker who are in the animation field.
The nominations for the
films that compete for Best Film are:
Adam's Bad Christmas, disutradarai oleh Gabriel Sonderegger,
Jonas Haider - Best Animated Short
Possessed, disutradarai oleh SAM - Best Animated Feature
Fly By, disutradarai oleh Kalvin Irawan - Best Newcomer
Animation, Best Texture Specialist
Savy & Squee disutradarai oleh Yashinta Atika - Best Animated
Short
Underwater Panther disutradarai oleh Tony Darsonval - Best
Animated Short
All the nominations are chosen from 90 films that participated
in WAA this year. One of the animated films, Adam�s Bad
Christmas directed by Switzerland director, Gabriel Sonderegger
and Jonas Haider tells a story about a little boy who decides to
stay awake on Christmas Eve in order to see Santa Claus with his
own eyes. But Santa might not be as he imagined. Another short
animated film Savy & Squee directed by Yashinta Atika tells a
story about a little girl living in a magical forest until Squee
the creature zips through the forest to find her.
Best Film for this festival would be announced this month. |
